8. It is forbidden to use bucket trucks or restrict the use of rear-mounted garbage compression trucks. Strictly follow the requirements of the Notice on Matters Concerning Retrofitted Garbage Trucks (Shenhuan Guanzi [2006] No. 64), and eliminate bucket-type garbage trucks to transport garbage within a specified period of time. Since January 1, 2008, Outside January 1, 2009, the use of bucket-type garbage trucks to transport garbage is prohibited from January 1, 2009. In principle, after January 1, 2009 and outside the Special Zone, January 1, 2010 will no longer use post-loaded garbage compression trucks to transfer domestic waste. For remote areas where emergency emergencies and new types of refuse transfer stations are temporarily not covered, each district may retain a certain number of rear-mounted garbage compression vehicles for garbage removal according to the actual situation, and the retained quantity shall be submitted to the Municipal Urban Management Bureau for review. Domestic waste transportation is subject to an administrative licensing system. For post-loaded garbage compression vehicles with one of the following conditions, the “Living Garbage Permit” will no longer be issued: First, it will be purchased after October 30, 2007; 400,000 kilometers or the period of use reaches 8 years; the third is the vehicle's quasi-transport annual inspection, and the vehicle condition is unqualified.
